Dan E. Perry, Sr.
Dan E. Perry is a shareholder of Perry Management, Inc. and the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Perry has been an attorney for Perry, Perry, and Perry, PA since 1958. He attended school at UNC-Chapel Hill and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Law Degree. He is a member of the Rotary Club and Faith Fellowship Church. Mr. Perry is married and has three children and one grandchild.
Ely J. Perry, III
(252) 523-5107 ext 2053Ely joined Perry Management, Inc. in 1987 and has served as President since 1997. He represents the third generation in the regional real estate development and service firm. He is a licensed real estate broker and general contractor. Ely has a B.S. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His focus is on development and income properties, and he is responsible for leading the firm to reach its vision “To be the most trusted and respected development and real estate services team.” He has been involved with C12 (Christian Leadership Forum Group) since 2010. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Refuge, the NC Global Transpark Foundation, Arendell Parrott Academy and the Lenoir County Committee of 100. He also serves as treasurer of the First Presbyterian Church in Kinston. Outside of work, Ely enjoys all things outdoors including fishing, hunting, scuba diving, hiking, and spending time with his family. He is happily married to his wife, Caroline, and is the father of three children.
Gram Spear, CCIM, CPM
(252) 523-5107 ext 2054Gram is Vice President of Perry Management, Inc., and has been with the company since 1991.He is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker as well as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM). He attended Appalachian State University and East Carolina University. He is involved in the acquisition, leasing, management, development, and disposition of a wide variety of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail centers, and industrial facilities. He also serves on the boards of several local organizations, including Hope Preparatory School, Kinston/Lenoir County Visitors Bureau and serves as an Elder at Grace Fellowship Church. He is married to his wife of over 30 years, Diane Spear and they have 4 children, 2 daughters-in-law and 1 son-in-law.
Burt Rudolph
(252) 523-5107 ext 2055Burton S. Rudolph has been employed at Perry Management since 2001. He has a B.S. degree from the University of California and a master’s degree from Clemson University. He is a licensed engineer and has worked extensively in the wetlands and stream mitigation business. Serving as Vice President, Burt’s current focus at Perry Management is implementation of new development projects from identification to entitlement and through construction. He is a member of Grace Fellowship Church in Kinston and has been leading a house church group in his home for many years. Burt is an avid snow skier and sailor with many adventures in deep powder and high seas. He and his wife Ashley have three sons.
Wes Atkinson

Wes is a licensed NC real estate broker and oversees the leasing for all our commercial and residential income producing properties. He is also a CPM (Certified Property Manager) candidate. Originally from Raleigh, Wes is a very proud graduate of NC State University where he earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration. He has been a member of the C12 Key players group since 2018 and serves as the liaison for Lenoir Greene Young Life. Wes enjoys spending quality time with his incredible wife Margaret Ellen, their sweet boy Everett, and their loyal dog Moose. Fueled by his passion for the outdoors, hunting and fishing occupies the rest of his free time.
Linda Davitt
(252) 523-5107Lin has been a member of the Perry Management team since 1998 serving as Front Desk Supervisor and Receptionist. In her role she continues to maintain her certification as a notary public and she strives to focus on being a supportive team member. Lin values continuous professional development and works to improve her skills daily. While greeting clients and customers for more than 25 years, she is excited at the new learning opportunities that arise in her daily responsibilities and interactions. The role of front desk supervisor requires Lin to be actively engaged and to “wear many different hats” which is a responsibility that she loves the most about her job. Outside of the office Lin is an avid supporter of the Lenoir County S.P.C.A. The greatest joys in her life come from spending time with her son, son-in-law, and husband. She also enjoys caring for her two cats, gardening and the peace yoga brings.
Regenia Jones

Serving in her role as Operations Manager, she utilizes her 30 years of experience in accounting, human resources, operations management, strategic planning implementation and project tracking. Regenia holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from East Carolina University. In the role of Operations Manager, she strives to serve the team by implementing and maintaining systems throughout the organization allowing team members to focus on their individual roles by having the most effective and efficient tools available. Because Perry Management’s leadership embraces support to local ministries and community outreach programs, Regenia has been given the opportunity to serve several local ministries. Her service includes supporting the organization’s administrative and leadership teams setting up financial reporting as well as implementing new accounting and membership databases. Outside of the office, she and her husband, Jeff are members of Faith Fellowship Church in Kinston. Regenia and Jeff have recently celebrated 30 years of marriage and are the proud parents of their daughter, Courtney. Regenia enjoys spending time with family, concerts, antiquing, and traveling.
Jacob Hunt

He has a B.S. degree in Applied Economics with a minor in Business Administration from East Carolina University. His focus at Perry Management is on maintaining properties both commercial and residential. His duties include facilitating all repairs and inspections as well as oversight of contracted vendor services. Jacob has served as volunteer leader with the Young Life ministry since 2017 and is currently leading at Greene Central High School. Originally from Belwood, NC, Jacob enjoys hunting, camping, playing music, and learning how things work. He is a current resident of Snow Hill and is happily married to his wife, MacLaine.
Daniel Perry, Jr.
(252) 523-5107Daniel is currently the Farm Manager but has been overseeing various projects for Perry Management for many years. He earned a B.A. from Elon College and an AAS in Environmental Science Technology from Wake Tech. in Raleigh, NC. He has several years of experience working in agricultural research and as an environmental health specialist, working closely with soil and water issues.
Warren "Wes" Perry, Jr.
(252) 523-5107Dr. Wes Perry retired after a 37-year career practicing Family Dentistry in Kinston. He came to work for Perry Management in 2017 as Assistant Property Manager. Wes graduated from Woodberry Forest School, UNC Chapel Hill, and UNC School of Dentistry. He was very active as a leader for many years in the Boy Scouts. Presently he is a member of the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Aquarium Society, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Neuse Regional Library. Outside of work he enjoys all things outdoors. He loves being a dad to his and his wife, Stewart's two sons, and "Papa Wes" to their four grandchildren.
Veronica Piedra

Veronica studied at Lenoir Community College. In her role as Bookkeeper, she is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and is the point of contact with clients as a member of the Property Management Team. Veronica volunteers at Hope Preparatory School, where her youngest son attends. She and her family attend Albertson Missionary Baptist Church. Veronica enjoys helping with the AMBC Youth Program, spending her weekends with her family, attending her three sons’ soccer games, and traveling to the mountains of North Carolina.
Amanda Speight

She earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Peace College and has over 25 years of experience in real estate offices. In 2000, Amanda received the award of North Carolina Manager of the Year from SAHMA. Amanda is the Controller for Perry Management and oversees daily accounting operations as well as helps with budgeting and reporting requirements. She is on the board for SAFE of Lenoir County and currently serves as their Secretary.
